The service

PriceSniff tracks product prices at affiliate-partner retailers and shows price history, product ratings, and AI-generated summaries. It is a research tool: we sell nothing directly, and purchases happen entirely on retailer sites under their terms.

Accuracy

Prices and availability change constantly and are provided as-is, without warranty. The price on the retailer's site at checkout is the only price that matters. Ratings and summaries are generated from collected listing data and may lag or contain errors — verify before you buy.

Accounts

Accounts exist for watchlists and price alerts. You are responsible for the security of the OAuth provider account you sign in with. We may disable accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping of this site, alert spam, attempts to access administrative functions).

Affiliate links

Outbound retailer links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure. Commissions never affect prices you pay or how products are rated (ratings are computed from price history and listing data by a documented formula).

Acceptable use

Don't scrape this site at abusive rates, attempt to bypass authentication, or misuse alert emails. The underlying product data belongs to the respective retailers; our original content (summaries, ratings, history visualizations) may not be republished wholesale without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
